Trend Q is an engineered stone terrazzo tile industrially produced in large slabs for an even consistency.
It is available in a number of sizes to meet your kitchen backsplash, bathroom, wall or floor design.
The agglomerates are a mixture of approximately 93% ‘grit” or “chips” and 7% polyester resin that grit may be of various types; quartz, granite, glass, Mosaic, according to the indicated line.
The raw material crushed into nine different sizes then mixed with resins and sometimes pigments for the coloration.
The grains are selected according to the coloring, size and type necessary to obtain the desired product line. Each slab color has a unique recipe. The chips are then amalgamated with the resin in a large grinder with mixing blades that spin in opposite directions. The result is an extremely dense composite with uniform distribution of materials and incredible color combinations.
The Trend Q look is really that of a terrazzo and can be that very special material for your next kitchen or bathroom project. |
